2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Order Processing & Payment Authorization

  • Card Payments: Payment is captured at the time the order is placed.

  • COD Payments: The order will be processed and shipped, with payment collected by the courier upon delivery.

  • Pricing and Taxes: All prices include applicable taxes. The final amount will be clearly shown before you confirm your order.

Key Areas to Customize for COD:

  • PKR: State your operating currency.

  • Pakistan: Be very specific about where you offer this service (e.g., only in Lahore, or country-wide).

  • PKR: Specify the local cash currency needed.

  • Non-Acceptance Fee: Carefully consider if you will implement a policy for refused COD orders, and make sure it complies with your local consumer protection laws.
